This policy explains what information The Great American Road Rally store collects when you shop with us, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to store.americanroadrally.com.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide it, and the details of what you ordered. Your payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
When you browse the store, we use essential cookies to keep your cart working and remember your session. Our site host and security provider may also log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions, handle returns or replacement requests, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing emails unless you choose to sign up for them.
Who we share it with
To fulfill your order, we share your name, shipping address, and order details with our print and fulfillment partner, Printful, and your payment details are processed by our payment provider. We also use service providers for website hosting, security, and sending email, who handle data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@americanroadrally.com. Some order records must be kept for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete them.
Children
This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
